We will prepare your home, and out buildings for the winter, and prepare your home and out buildings for
the spring /summer season.

We will also prepare your vehicle or recreational vehicles for winter and prepare them for your arrival.

We will also ensure that your landscape is properly prepared for winter and fresh your landscape in the spring.

Inspect all structures inside and out to ensure structures are in no-need of repairs. At our discretion, may recommend to the Owner(s) that a more detail inspection by a Home-Inspector or Contractor may be required. Owner(s) will be responsible for any additional costs for inspection.

We will also perform a property inspection of grounds, landscaped areas and wooded areas and advise Owner(s) of any repairs, maintenance or tree hazards or other hazards that may jeopardize buildings or neighboring properties.

We will provide the Owner(s) with a written report of their findings. Our representatives will be compensated at an hourly rate during any inspections as listed above as well as the cost of any sub-contractor charges that may occur.

We can provide a wide range of tree services, tree planting of any size, transplant trees of any size, trim trees of any size, and can provide a tree inventory of the original trees and design a tree plan to ensure that your residential forest will be there for future generations.

We will provide un-occupied monitoring/protection to your property while you are away on holidays or reside seasonally at your home or cottage. Owner(s) insurance may require that their property be checked more often than twice per month.  From time to time after a storm an extra visit may be required.

We can prepare a landscape maintenance plan for your shrub beds, perennial beds, hedges, and ornamental plants.

We can prepare a landscape plan for your property and can design a renovation plan to your landscape. Cost will be based on level of work required.

We can ensure that your lawn is mowed regularly, prepare a scheduled lawn maintenance program, and rejuvenate your worn out lawn. All lawn care maintenance will be discussed prior growing season.

We can provide supervise any project that you may have.

We can obtain competitive quotes from Construction firms and Contractors, obtain the necessary permits required for the project and have the ability to collaborate land use development personal.

We collaborate with numerous Construction Firms and Contractors for every possible need, from excavation work, concrete work, electrical/plumbing and carpenter work etc.

Rental collection, rental deposits less fees, monthly statement listing rent collection, fees due, utility bills paid and other expenses occurred during the month will be sent to the property owner.

We will ensure that you driveway is plowed to the main house to allow emergency vehicles easy access if required. Snow removal if required will be considered as an extra. Driveway will be cleared within 24 hours after snow has ceased falling. However,  depending on the severity of the snowstorm additional time may be
required.

We have the ability to collaborate with numerous vendors including home security companies, insurance companies, cleaning services, mechanical services and material suppliers to name a few.
